Operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm WIB.

Indonesia: 3-5 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Saturday & Sunday order will be shipped on Monday.

Please note that all orders are shipped only within working days. All orders placed before 3 pm WIB will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 3 pm WIB will be processed the next working day.

When placing your order, please ensure all information concerning billing and delivery address is correct. We will provide you with relevant shipping tracking information as soon as possible.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on your area and delivery time. If you live in Jabodetabek area and wishes to get your items as soon as possible, we offer a pickup option with yourpreferred instant motorbike delivery services (Go-Jek, Grab, and others).
